When writing its list, the website looked at which cities listed more “green amenities from solar panels and smart thermostats to LEED-certified buildings and available electric vehicle charging stations.”
San Antonio, Texas, claimed the top spot. Apartmentguide.com notes, “With the Build San Antonio Green projected, the city offers 26 million square feet of green buildings and homes.”
