ICC welcomes Kelly Sadler to Government Relations Team
AUSTIN, TEXAS – The International Code Council (ICC) named Kelly D. Sadler, J.D., as its new Government Relations Regional Manager for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Sadler brings 16 years of legislative and private-sector industry experience to serve ICC’s jurisdictions, members and chapters.
Previously, Sadler served as a lobbyist and government relations manager for the Texas Masonry Council and managed the Office of Employer Initiatives for the Texas Workforce Commission where she oversaw multimillion-dollar strategic planning, workforce and legislative initiatives. In addition, she served as a budget, planning and policy advisor to former Texas Governor Rick Perry where she handled fiscal and legislative issues and acted as a liaison for state agencies. Additionally, Sadler worked as a briefing attorney to the Honorable Paul Green in the Fourth District Court of Appeals and authored civil and criminal appellate opinions for 32 Texas counties.

A fifth-generation Texan, Sadler graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. She received her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
