Another valuable law enforcement-oriented event takes place soon. On Aug. 18–21, Police Fleet Expo sets up in Louisville, Ky., at the Kentucky International Convention Center.

During this unique opportunity designed just for police fleet buyers, managers and service technicians, new vehicles will be on site for evaluation. Vehicle and equipment manufacturers and suppliers will also be on hand to help police fleet buyers, managers and service technicians compare new vehicles and new vehicle technologies to their specific departmental needs.

Ride and drive, Aug. 18; network; talk technology, and maybe funding; and then relax over dinner at the Kentucky Derby Museum Aug. 19. The exhibit hall will be open from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 20 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 21.
